I had to follow up twice just to get the return info, which was frustrating. The refund did come through eventually, but it was late, late enough that I was already annoyed by the whole thing. Definitely not the easy, smooth return process I was expecting

I ordered from joyforall.com because I figured it would arrive fairly quickly, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. Maybe they were backed up or short-staffed or something, I’m not really sure, but it definitely didn’t feel fast.
For a while there weren’t many clear updates, so I kept checking the tracking and it barely seemed to move. It was frustrating, especially since it was supposed to be a gift and I was starting to wonder if it had just gotten stuck somewhere.

The item did eventually show up and it was fine, so no complaints there, but the wait kind of soured the whole experience. I’d probably only order again if I had plenty of extra time and didn’t need it by a specific date.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, and I kind of assumed there might be more setup or cleanup involved than I’d want to deal with. But after using it for a bit, it’s been one of those things I don’t really have to think about much. It just takes batteries, so there’s no extra hassle, and thankfully there isn’t any real mess to clean up either

I got this for my mom, i wasn’t totally sure how she’d feel about it, but she warmed up to it fast. She talks to it here and there, and keeps it close by, which is cute. I did have to help her with the setup a bit, but once it was going, she was fine. Overall, we’re happy with it, I just wish the sound quality was a little better...

This has helped calm my mom down here and there, so I can’t say it doesn’t work at all. But it’s definitely not an everyday fix, and some days it doesn’t seem to make much difference. I also got a little frustrated because the answers I was given about what to expect weren’t consistent, which made it harder to know if we were using it the right way.

I did reach out to customer service, and they answered, but I wouldn’t say they were especially helpful. Overall, it’s a cute idea and I can see how some people might enjoy it, but for us it just wasn’t really worth the money.

Well... it’s really cute overall, and my mom still likes it, but the motion response isn’t always great. Sometimes it feels a bit slow to react when you move near it or touch it. I just wish it picked up movement a little faster

I got the Joy For All cat for my mom, it’s cute. It works like it’s supposed to and she seems to enjoy it, but for the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit more solid.

The fur is soft and nice, but the body underneath feels kind of hard and plasticky. Some of the movements also sound a little clunky. Nothing has broken or anything, but it definitely feels like something you’d want to handle gently.
